Confirm a transaction on one card

When a bank message needs a quick check, Surrah opens one Confirm card instead of asking separate questions. Check the lines, change what's wrong, and tap Looks right · Save.

Where the card opens

• From a review notification, or from a transaction waiting under To review.
• From a notification for a transaction Surrah already filed. That card is titled Saved and ends with Done.

The lines

• Space: where the transaction is filed. Change it and the lines below follow the new space.
• Category: picked from the chosen space's own list. A Work or Project space has its own categories.
• Budget: in a Project, the plan line this spending counts against.
• Paid by: shown in spaces with more than one member.
• What for?: an optional note.
• Always file {merchant} here: next time the same merchant goes straight to this space and category.

Money in on the card

Money coming in uses the same card, with Space, Into account, Paid by and What for?. If your bank already recorded the money in one account, it stays in that account and its space.

Moving a saved transaction

Change Space on a saved card and the transaction moves, with both spaces' totals. Two things can't move: a payment that counts for a commitment in its space, and a share of a group expense. Your other changes still save.

Older screens still used

A bank card payment, or a payment held for a commitment in another space, opens its own review as before.
