By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Surrah is an expense-tracking app for the Oman market that helps you record and automatically categorize your spending from bank alerts, and build budgets, with multi-currency support. The Service is a personal money-organization tool — it is not a bank, nor financial or investment advice.

User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features are available through a “Surrah+” subscription. In-app purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store, and billing is managed through your store account. The following applies:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewals and cancellations are managed from your App Store or Google Play account settings, not from within Surrah.
• Refunds are subject to the applicable Apple and Google policies; we do not process payments directly.
• Prices may change in the future; any change applies only to subsequent renewal periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

Your Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app, its content, and its trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You are granted no rights except a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Surrah does not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice, and you are solely responsible for your financial decisions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that automatic categorization or extracted data is error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
