Monthly recaps for Family and Work spaces

When a month closes, Family and Work spaces send a short recap. It arrives at 8:00 in your own time zone, and Home shows a banner: Your month's recap is ready.

Family recap

• Your month: spent against budget, for example "Spent 480, 20 under budget", and how it compares with last month.
• Top category, Biggest jump and Biggest drop.
• Bills: how many were paid and what is still due.
• Goal: when a saving goal is reached at the current pace.
• In short: the main points in two or three sentences.

Work recap

• A strong, steady or tight month: how much of the money in you kept. If more went out than came in, it says by how much.
• Best money-in month of the last three.
• Cost creeping up: the category whose cost rose most.
• Cushion: roughly how many days the money left would last.
• Paid to you: owner pay as a share of the money in.

Month by month (Work)

Add Month by month from Customize Home (hidden by default) to see money in, money out and profit for 12 months. Months before you joined the space stay empty, and Older months come with Surrah+. shows for locked ones.

Find them

Tap the period text at the top of Home and choose Recaps. Turn the notification off with Send me the recap; it is yours alone. Older recaps need Surrah+.
