Free trials

Starting a free trial? Add the subscription, set Free trial until to the day the trial ends, and enter the price you'll pay after it.

• The first payment is due on the last day of the trial, so nothing counts toward your totals before then.
• While the trial runs, the subscription shows a Trial · ends chip with the date.
• Two days before the trial ends, a banner asks whether to keep it. On iPhone you also get a reminder if reminders are on for this subscription. Android sends no reminder; you'll see the chip and the banner in the app.
• Keep: the subscription carries on, and its first payment is due on the last day of the trial.
• Mark cancelled: Surrah marks the subscription cancelled, so no first payment comes due. Surrah can't cancel with the provider. Unless you cancel with them, they may still charge you.

Free trials work on every plan, not just Surrah+.
