Link your card

With Surrah+, you can link a credit card commitment to your card in Accounts & Cards. Open the commitment, tap Edit, and choose the card under Which card? The list shows your credit cards, plus any card whose bank messages show an available credit amount. Choose No card (enter by hand) to keep entering everything yourself.

Once the card is linked:

• Each purchase on that card from a bank message adds to the balance and shows in the commitment's History section as a Card charge. The purchase stays in your expenses as usual, so nothing is counted twice. Purchases from before you added the plan, or up to the latest statement day, are already in the balance, so they aren't added again.
• Your bank's statement message sets the statement balance and the minimum payment. See Card statement messages.
• When your bank's message says a card payment was received, Surrah records it on the commitment as a Card payment from bank message.

On a linked card, spending comes from your bank messages, so Add new spending isn't offered. If you delete a purchase, or move it to another account, it comes off the balance. A card can follow one plan at a time.
