Your project's weekly recap
Every project gets a short recap each week, so you can see where it stands without opening every screen.
When it arrives
The week runs from Saturday to Friday. The recap arrives on Saturday morning, at 8:00 in your own time zone, as a notification titled Your week. A banner on Project Home says Your week's recap is ready.
What's inside
- Your week: how much was spent, compared with your usual weekly average. It reads heavy, light or normal. In your first week it simply says what was spent.
- Budget vs time: how much of the budget is spent against how much of the time has gone. It needs a project total and an end date.
- Forecast: where the project is heading, and whether that is up, down or the same since last week.
- Plan change: the latest change to your plan that week, with your reason if you gave one.
Find old recaps
Tap the period text at the top of Home and choose Recaps. Weeks appear as Week of ..., and the new ones are marked New. Older ones need Surrah+: Older recaps come with Surrah+. A week from before you joined shows This recap covers a month before you joined.
Turn it off
On the space page switch Send me the recap (weekly) off. The switch is yours alone and doesn't change anyone else's.
